THE AMADOR
APPLE FESTIVALis held the
third Sunday in September on the site of Amador Heritage
Center Museum and Swedish Immigrant Log Farm.
This event
is geared toward educating children about life in the past—in
a way so they don’t even know they’re being educated! It’s a
day of family fun for children of all ages.
Music of all types
rides in a Model T
horse drawn wagon rides
three historic log dwellings
a quilt show
Rod’s Famous Swedish Sausage on a
Stic
and much, much more.
Join us for the arts and crafts
show, a piece of great apple dessert and stay for the
afternoon.
Entertainment all afternoon. The event runs from 11 a.m. to 4
p.m. It is sponsored by the Friends of the Amador Heritage
Center and your donation of an apple dessert or two hours of
time is appreciated!
